Job summary

Trinity Solar is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Wall, New Jersey to support customers from project inception through completion. You will coordinate documentation, communicate project updates, and keep projects moving in a fast-paced team environment.

This role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and customer-focused problem solving while collaborating with Sales and internal teams to ensure a smooth solar journey.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a fast-paced office or customer-facing environment is preferred.
• Experience working with CRM or project management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales reps, and colleagues.
• Monitor active projects to ensure deadlines are met and communications are timely.
• Coordinate with customers and sales to obtain required documentation for solar projects.
• Communicate professionally by phone, text, and email.
• Respond to customer questions with solutions-focused responses.
• Maintain accurate customer and project information in systems.
