Trinity Solar is seeking a Project Concierge Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience from project inception to completion. You will communicate professionally with customers and across departments to ensure smooth solar project delivery.

Responsibilities include building strong relationships, monitoring project progress, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating with customers and sales teams to gather required documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills across call/text/email channels.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, and document management.
• SalesForce.com experience is a plus.
• Experience in a faced paced office environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Monitor active projects for accuracy and deadlines, communicating with customers and the organization.
• Prioritize and manage daily tasks with organizational and time-management skills.
• Coordinate with customers and sales representatives to obtain documentation for solar projects.
