Tornado Bus Company is seeking a Customer Service Rep/ Station Attendant in Austin to provide information and assist passengers with inquiries, ticketing, and boarding processes. This role emphasizes friendly, professional service and accurate cash handling.

Responsibilities include answering phone lines, processing ticket orders by phone, online, and in person, and maintaining terminal cleanliness and safety standards, with bilingual English/Spanish communication valued.

Qualifications

• Two years of related work experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Call customers to advise about changes or cancellations of scheduled runs.
• Respond to client inquiries on destinations, pricing, departure/arrival times, and directions to terminal.
• Responsible for cash management and compliance.
• Operate cash register and/or credit card equipment.
• Sell and process ticket orders via telephone, internet, and over the counter.
• Close terminal: prepare cash deposits, sales reports, and deposits.
• Greet visitors and coordinate with staff as requested.
• Assist customers with luggage ID tags and transfer to luggage compartments.
• Maintain cleanliness of terminal interior and exterior and stock supplies.
• Stock restroom supplies in vehicles.
• Assist with cleanliness of Driver dorms (in some locations).
• Other duties assigned by Manager.
