Job summary

TDA AGH is seeking a Passenger Service Agent to be the face of the operation, delivering outstanding customer service to travelers using our gates. You will handle ticketing, boarding, and special assistance while supporting aircraft turnaround in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates read, write and communicate in English, work varied shifts, and present a professional appearance. Bilingual skills and CPR/First Aid may be a plus. This is a full‑time position at the Austin airport.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently under time constraints in a high‑pressure airport environment.
• Available to work varied shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must present a well-groomed, professional appearance at all times.
• Must have or be able to obtain authorization to work in the U.S. and obtain a SIDA badge.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Process customer tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-on baggage, and assign seats.
• Provide accurate information on arrival and departure times, procedures, and seating.
• Handle denied boarding situations and issue vouchers as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, airline, and airport regulations at all times.
• Assist passengers with disabilities, including ADA/wheelchair procedures.
• Operate equipment to aid boarding and deplaning and perform safety duties.
