Responsabilités

• Call customers to advise about changes or cancellations of scheduled runs.
• Responds to client inquiries (destinations, pricing, times, directions) with outstanding customer service.
• Responsible for cash management and compliance.
• Operates cash register and/or credit card equipment.
• Sells and processes ticket orders via telephone, internet, and over the counter.
• Closing the terminal including cash deposits and sales reports.
• Maintain professional relationships with partnering retail agencies.
• Documentation for transactions with partnering agencies.
• Daily reporting of tickets sold and cash collected.
• Answer calls on a multi-line system and route them appropriately.
• Greet visitors and notify the requested employees or departments.
• Resolve internal and external conflicts with good judgment.
• Money transfer transactions.
• Assist customers with luggage ID tags and transfer to luggage compartment.
