Responsibilities

• Call customers to advise about changes or cancellations of scheduled runs.
• Responds to client inquiries (destinations served, pricing, times, directions) with strong customer service.
• Responsible for cash management and compliance.
• Operates cash register and/or credit card equipment.
• Sells and processes ticket orders via telephone, internet, and over the counter.
• Close terminal including cash deposits, sales report and safe deposit.
• Maintain professional relationships with partnering retail agencies.
• Complete required documentation for transactions with partnering agencies.
• Daily reporting of tickets sold and cash collected.
• Handle multi-line calls, greet and route callers, screen calls as needed.
• Greet visitors and notify the appropriate employees or departments.
• Use good judgment resolving internal and external conflicts.
• Responsible for money transfer transactions.
• Assist customers with luggage ID tags and transfer to luggage compartment.
• Other duties as assigned.
