Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist at Store #5159 in Woodbridge, VA to assist wholesale and retail customers, recommend solutions, and resolve concerns. You will help drive sales while maintaining product quality and store standards, including handling transactions and stocking displays.

The role requires English and Spanish communication, a valid US work authorization, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

Qualifications

Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
Spanish language ability preferred.
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and according to policies.
Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
Pull appropriate products from sales floor or warehouse.
Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
Stock shelves and set up displays.
Clean store equipment.
Load/unload delivery trucks; assist in deliveries as needed.
Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss available options.
Follow inventory control procedures.
