Job summary

Signature Bank of Arkansas is seeking a customer service specialist to WOW callers with professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and expeditious information via phone and online. You will uphold Signature Service standards, assist with online banking and debits, and support customers with account inquiries and transfers.

Requirements include a high school diploma (college degree preferred), at least 2 years in banking, and the ability to communicate in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years previous banking experience preferred; prior call center experience a plus.
• Ability to communicate bilingually in English and Spanish (written and oral).

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and expedient information to customers by telephone and online.
• Deliver Signature Service standards with personal, friendly interaction.
• Assist callers with address changes, account inquiries, funds transfers, and research.
• Promote additional products/services and refer customers to bankers as appropriate.
• Assist customers with Online Banking/Bill Pay and mobile deposit needs.
• Handle routine tasks and special projects as needed.
