Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Zero or more years of customer service or call center experience.
• Experience working with organizational functions and personnel.
• Experience using fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology.
• Experience with and skilled in the use of help desk software.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones and responds to basic customer questions using established methods; forwards calls to appropriate personnel.
• Records calls on account history with results of the inquiry and initiates required confirmation.
• Processes customer requests by sending faxes, returning messages, sending mail documents, or using other related communication under direct supervision.
