Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking a Full-time Customer Service Specialist in the Eagan, MN area to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend paint solutions.

You will help maintain product quality and support store goals through excellent service. Ideal candidates are 18+, legally eligible to work in the United States, able to read/write English and Spanish, with a valid driver's license and able to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must read, write, and communicate in English.
• Must read, write, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. and handle shelf retrieval.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal applicants must meet performance criteria and HR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs and present products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions following store policies.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work order files.
• Pull products from shelves or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products to customer specs.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries.
• Maintain neat, in-stock areas and presentable displays.
• Stay knowledgeable on products and options.
• Follow inventory control procedures.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
