Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Able to read/write in English and Spanish.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently, 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Sherwin-Williams internal rating requirement for current employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and per policy.
• Follow and achieve monthly, quarterly, yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work orders and stock records.
• Retrieve products from floor/warehouse and assist deliveries.
• Keep shelves stocked and displays set up; maintain cleanliness.
