Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, answer questions about products, and recommend solutions. You will help resolve concerns and strive for maximum client satisfaction while maintaining product quality and store visuals.

This Full-Time role at Store #3068, 2641 W. 95th Street, Evergreen Park, IL 60805, includes a starting pay of $20.25 per hour and requires English and Spanish communication, as well as flexible hours

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and determine their needs, answer questions about products, and recommend solutions.
• Promptly resolve customer concerns and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain high quality and visual standards of the products and store.
• Meet the store's sales goals while delivering excellent customer service.
