Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, answer questions about products, and recommend solutions. Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and according to policies.
Follow and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
Stock shelves and set up displays; tint and mix products as needed.
Assist in deliveries and loading/unloading; maintain organized area.
