Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to collaborate with wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend the right solutions. You will promptly resolve concerns and help maintain high product quality and store standards, while supporting sales goals.

Responsibilities include in-person and phone assistance, processing transactions, maintaining accurate files, stocking, tinting, and assisting with deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must read, write, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers in person and by phone.
• Determine customer needs and present appropriate products and services.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and follow store policies.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain organized work orders and inventory records.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; keep store clean.
• Assist with deliveries as needed and unload/load trucks.
