Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist customers, answer questions about products, and recommend solutions in a retail environment.

You will strive to achieve high customer satisfaction while supporting store sales goals and maintaining product standards. Qualified candidates will be 18+, legally eligible to work in the U.S., bilingual in English and Spanish, with a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50–70 lbs.

Formación

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• If internal to Sherwin-Williams, rating of at least 'meets expectations' on last performance appraisal.
• If internal to Sherwin-Williams, completed HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
