Job summary

The role requires English and Spanish proficiency, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. You will work to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals and deliver top-tier service in a fast-paced store

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Able to read, write, and communicate in Spanish
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally
• Willing to work evenings and weekends
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must meet performance and HR Cloud requirements

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies and procedures
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Maintain precise work order files and inventory records
• Stock shelves and set up displays; load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries as needed
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Comply with inventory control procedures and seek ways to improve sales
