Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to help wholesale and retail customers choose the right products and solutions. You will resolve concerns promptly, stay updated on product features, and support sales goals while maintaining store presentation and accuracy.

You will interact with customers, handle transactions, and may assist with deliveries. This role requires English proficiency and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and the ability to upsell products.
• Fluent in English; proficient in Spanish to assist a diverse customer base.
• Cash handling and basic math accuracy for transactions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
• Follow and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable displays and assist with deliveries as needed.
