Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must have a meets expectations rating and completed HR Cloud eLearning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and by phone to determine needs and suggest products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately according to policies.
• Achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain accurate work order files and stock inventories.
• Stock shelves, retrieve products, tint and mix as needed.
• Assist in deliveries and loading/unloading trucks.
• Keep areas in-stock and presentable and knowledgeable about products.
