Job summary

State Farm Agent is seeking a bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join the team. Prior customer service experience is required, but insurance experience is not necessary as we will train the right candidate with the right skill set.

Responsibilities include establishing customer relationships, providing prompt and friendly service, answering inquiries about insurance options, and educating customers using a needs-based approach.
