Job summary

Bunzl is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support business customer accounts in San Juan, Puerto Rico. You’ll handle a high volume of walk-ins, inbound calls, emails, and order inquiries, coordinating with sales, warehouse, and billing teams to ensure a smooth order experience from start to finish.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year in customer service, bilingual Spanish and English, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service, call center, or account support experience preferred.
• Bilingual communication skills in Spanish & English are required.
• Experience with order entry, order processing, or ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills (phone, email, and written).
• Ability to manage high call volume and competing priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel & CoPilot).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive and enter orders from walk-in customers.
• Handle 50–100+ daily customer interactions (inbound calls, email, EDI, and fax).
• Process and manage high-volume customer orders with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Investigate and resolve order issues, billing discrepancies, and delivery concerns.
• Act as a point of contact between customers, sales, warehouse, and billing teams.
• Expedite orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders through high-quality customer service.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and meet customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of products, systems, and company processes.
• Support additional customer service and administrative tasks as needed.
