Job summary

Liberty Puerto Rico is seeking a Sales & Service Agent in Caguas to manage customer service experiences, resolve claims, and upsell fixed and mobile services. You will gather information for transactions and escalate complex cases as needed, while maintaining a high standard of service.

The role requires strong communication, bilingual Spanish/English capabilities, and flexibility to work varied hours to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in customer service or sales.
• Telecom experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt resolution of customer inquiries and record information as needed.
• Offer additional services and products to existing customers and stay informed on pricing and promotions.
• Sell additional fixed and mobile services to existing customers and meet sales objectives.
• Retain customers by addressing disconnections or downgrades and escalate when necessary.
• Explain products and services to customers and upsell automatic payment options.
• Open customer accounts with accurate information and maintain records.
• Resolve complaints by identifying causes and implementing solutions and following up for satisfaction.
