Job summary

LoanStar Title Loans in Austin, TX is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to assist borrowers, evaluate vehicles, manage loans and payments, and maintain regular communication with accounts.

This in-store role requires excellent communication, a positive attitude, and attention to detail. You will follow company policies, provide courteous service, and participate in training; full-time hours Mon-Fri with rotating Saturdays, no Sundays.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual and able to communicate clearly in English and another language.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in person and by phone
• Explain loan products, terms, and payment options clearly
• Evaluate vehicles and process loan applications
• Manage customer accounts and payment processing
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Make courtesy reminder calls as needed
• Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable laws
