Job summary

North American Title Loans is hiring a Customer Service Representative to guide customers through the loan process, answer inquiries, evaluate vehicles, and manage loan accounts with honesty and care.

This full-time role requires strong communication, reliability, and organization. Hours are Monday–Friday 10:00 AM–6:00 PM with rotating Saturdays; Sundays are off, and we offer paid holidays, insurance, vacation, PTO, and paid training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries and guide customers through the loan process.
• Assist in evaluating vehicles and managing loan accounts.
• Make payment reminders and courtesy calls to customers.
