Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging, is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for our Georgia branch in Braselton. You will process orders, answer product and shipping questions, and build lasting customer relationships on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided for eager learners.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) — fluent in both verbal and written forms.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert and answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
