Uline is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide prompt, friendly service and build strong customer relationships on-site at our Braselton, GA location. You’ll process orders, offer product recommendations, and resolve inquiries using advanced tools while supporting a growing, family-owned business.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required for both verbal and written communication.
• Experience in customer service is a plus, with training provided.
• Strong problem-solving, listening and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle inquiries using technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert and answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly.
• Build business relationships with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline’s best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline’s website and online ordering.
