Job summary

Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative for our Georgia Branch on-site in Braselton. You will build customer relationships, provide solutions, and deliver legendary service while growing with a stable company.

Responsibilities include processing orders, answering product and shipping questions, and guiding customers through online ordering. Training is provided to support your success and career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) — fluent in both verbal and written forms.

Minimum Requirements

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
