Job summary

Uline, Inc. is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to handle orders, inquiries and product recommendations at the Georgia branch in Braselton. You will use our technology to assist customers and build strong relationships on phone, email, and chat.

Minimum Requirements

• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus , but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
