Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail with data entry accuracy.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, Microsoft Office, and computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; personal vehicle required.
• Background check may be performed as per law.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job.

Aufgaben

• Engage with customers to build lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions accurately.
• Provide personalized financial services to meet customer needs.
• Enter and maintain customer data in the POS system with precision.
• Participate in daily call campaigns to build new business.
• Assist in account management and collections, including payments and appointments.
• Represent the brand in-store and at events, while ensuring store upkeep and security policies.
