CCF Family of Brands in Hinesville, GA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help customers access short-term financial solutions and provide an excellent in-store experience.

You will process transactions, build customer relationships, and participate in on-site marketing and community events while receiving hands-on training and ongoing development in a fast-growing, community-focused company.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and related requirements may apply.

Responsabilidades

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system with precision.
• Assist in on-site marketing, store errands, and community events as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness to enhance customer experience.
• Uphold company policies and comply with laws and regulations.
• Engage in ongoing training and stay current on product/process changes.
• Maintain a full-time in-person schedule, including weekends (40 hours per week).
