As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service experiences to individuals who contact our organization on behalf of our clients for assistance.

• High School Diploma is required.
• Remote work requires a reliable internet connection with at least 100 Mbps.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Receive incoming calls from customers seeking assistance with inquiries, orders, product information, billing questions, account maintenance, or technical support.
• Listen actively to customer concerns, identify root causes, and resolve problems to customer satisfaction.
• Build rapport with customers by showing empathy, patience, and professionalism.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, pricing, and promotions and update through training.
• Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns/exchanges, tracking shipments, and managing accounts.
• Record all interactions in systems and generate reports to track metrics and feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments to address inquiries requiring escalation.
