Job summary

Vertical Supply Group seeks a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, emails and chats, delivering world-class service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires bilingual Spanish and English, 2+ years in a call center or busy customer-service setting, strong MS Office skills and excellent communication; hours are 9 am–6 pm, Monday to Friday, with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; degree preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• 2+ years experience in a call center environment.
• 2+ years experience in fast-paced in-person customer service or sales.
• Experience with outside sales force and handling key/national accounts.
• Strong computer skills: Outlook, Excel & Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proven success managing sales account relationships.
• Strong problem-solving abilities using available resources.
• Good attention to detail; ability to multi-task.
• Team-oriented with positive attitude.
• Arborist industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience across multiple contact channels (phone, email, chat).
• Research, enter and update required information using available resources.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints; identify and escalate priority issues.
• De-escalate issues and offer alternative solutions.
• Provide accurate product and service information; follow up when needed.
• May manage a portfolio of assigned customer accounts and orders.
