Job summary

Crafted Staff is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) for an entry-level role in Harrisburg. The position includes in-person training with the potential to work from home after about 90 days, subject to performance.

Earn from $17.00 per hour and grow in a customer service career. Experience is not required beyond 6 months of customer service; training, coaching, and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Ability to navigate multiple screens while entering information.
• Good attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to learn collections and payment processing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish.
• Explain balances, payments, and account options.
• Enter notes and document customer interactions in internal systems.
• Meet defined customer service, call quality, and productivity KPIs.
• Follow policies and protect confidential information.
