Job summary

Northeast Title & Tag Inc. is seeking a friendly, organized, bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our DOT Compliance Services division at the Scranton location. You will be the first point of contact for customers, answering questions, processing requests, and coordinating with our DCS team to ensure top‑notch service.

No prior DOT experience is required; we provide training. You should have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Previous customer service or office experience preferred.
• DOT compliance experience is NOT required.
• Experience with customer management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails.
• Communicate with customers in English and Spanish.
• Identify customer needs and gather information to assist them.
• Provide accurate information or connect customers with the right team member.
• Process requests and assist with administrative tasks.
• Learn DOT compliance services and keep knowledge up to date.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams within Team Thompson.
