Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Notary Public certification within 90 days of hire
• Valid driver’s license
• Pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with DMV-related services including titles, registrations, transfers, renewals, plates, and more
• Ensure paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted per PennDOT regulations
• Communicate clearly with customers in person and over the phone
• Maintain organized records and files
• Operate point-of-sale systems and process payments
• Deliver excellent service in a fast-paced office environment
