Job summary

Synthetic Grass Warehouse (SGW), a TenCate Company, seeks a Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders, payments, shipping coordination, and returns in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), detail-oriented, organized, and capable of supporting sales and accounting functions while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Professional demeanor with reliability and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic to intermediate mathematical and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-office point of contact for in-person visitors, phone calls, and email inquiries.
• Respond to customer questions regarding product specifications, features, pricing, availability, and applications.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate products based on their needs.
• Process sales orders, estimates, returns, and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare correspondence, sales orders, estimates, bills of lading, shipping labels, and related documentation.
• Coordinate shipping and work closely with warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Communicate product updates, changes, and discontinuations to customers.
• Resolve customer concerns and elevate complex issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity within internal systems.
• Support sales and accounting teams as required.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Contribute to a culture of safety by adhering to all site safety policies and procedures.
