Wesco Turf, Inc. in Deerfield Beach, FL, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support irrigation products and knowledge within our service teams.

You will handle day-to-day transactions, assist customers and internal associates, and provide exceptional service. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong irrigation product knowledge, and 2+ years of customer service or sales support experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or sales support experience in irrigation or related fields.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred; strong written and verbal communication.
• High school diploma required; irrigation certifications or further training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day irrigation customer support, order entry, and basic troubleshooting.
• Handle up to 40 transactions daily across divisions.
• Provide quotes and process orders via email, phone, fax, web, or in person.
• Assist with returns, backorders, shipment tracking, and follow-ups.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams in English and Spanish.
