Job summary

Uline is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at our Pennsylvania branch in Allentown to build relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service.

You will handle orders via phone, email, and chat, become a product expert, and support customers with pricing, shipping, and product information. This on-site role offers strong training and clear growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish; fluent in both written and spoken forms.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert; answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
