Uline Inc. is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Pennsylvania team. You will process orders, answer product and shipping questions, and build lasting relationships with customers via phone, email, and chat.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience a plus; training provided.
• Bilingual English/Spanish with fluent written and spoken skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and provide product recommendations via multiple channels.
• Answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and propose Uline solutions.
• Assist customers navigating website and online ordering.
