The role requires a high school diploma, strong written and verbal communications, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Bilingual English/Spanish abilities are preferred and two years’ office experience are desirable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years’ office experience with a multi-line phone system preferred.
• Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) written and verbal preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer questions or concerns regarding order status and related issues.
• Maintain physical and electronic customer files.
• Accept and process orders directly from customers.
• Coordinate with production to schedule orders and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Quote pricing, enter new customer projects and any corrective actions.
• Prepare sample orders for sales staff and customers.
• Collaborate with account managers to resolve customer situations and assist in new projects.
• Manage complex customer issues by analyzing causes and determining resolutions with internal partners.
