Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must read, write, and speak English; must also read, write, and speak Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
• Internal candidates must have a meets-expectations rating and completed HR Cloud eLearning.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs and present products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers and process transactions.
• Follow sales goals and maintain accurate work orders and inventory.
• Stock shelves, tint/mix products, and assist with deliveries as needed.
• Maintain clean, presentable store and ensure product knowledge.
