Job summary

Pico Propane is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Miami, FL team. The role supports customers and operations by addressing inquiries, coordinating service needs, maintaining records, and ensuring day-to-day processes run efficiently and safely.

You will handle calls and emails, enter orders, resolve issues, manage customer accounts, and assist dispatch with scheduling drivers and technicians. A strong service mindset, organization, and accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in high-volume phone call settings preferred.
• Experience in propane industry preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers by phone, email, or in person to provide support and information; act as liaison between customers and the company.
• Collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services.
• Field customer questions and complaints; escalate issues as needed to specialists.
• Ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve problems and concerns.
• Maintain customer accounts and records of interactions and inquiries.
