Job summary

Pico Propane is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Miami team. The role supports customers and operations by handling inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining records to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in high-volume customer service, English/Spanish bilingual preferred, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 3+ years in customer service.
• Experience in high-volume phone settings preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Propane industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers by phone, email, or in person to provide support and product/service information.
• Assist with orders and service information; coordinate with operations and dispatch.
• Maintain customer accounts and records of inquiries, complaints, and actions.
• Field customer questions and complaints; escalate issues to the appropriate specialist.
• Support daily operations through scheduling and coordination of drivers and technicians.
