Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in food distribution or logistics
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally with a problem-solving mindset
• Attention to detail in order processing and record-keeping
• Proficiency with Gmail, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
• Process customer orders, changes, and returns with accuracy
• Provide product and service information, answering customer questions and concerns
• Work closely with sales, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure order fulfillment and on-time delivery
• Handle customer complaints and issue resolution while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system
• Assist in coordinating deliveries, tracking shipments, and updating customers as needed
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and suggest process improvements
