Job summary

Field Fresh Foods is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (PM) to assist customers with order placement, inquiries, and issue resolution. This on-site role in Gardena requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure an exceptional experience.

Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of customer service experience.
Experience in food distribution or logistics is preferred.
Bilingual or English/Spanish proficiency is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
Process customer orders, changes, and returns with accuracy.
Provide product and service information, answering customer questions and concerns.
Work closely with sales, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure order fulfillment and on-time delivery.
Handle customer complaints and issue resolution while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
Assist in coordinating deliveries, tracking shipments, and updating customers as needed.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and suggest process improvements.
