Job summary

F&S Fresh Foods, headquartered in Vineland, NJ, is seeking a bilingual Data Entry Clerk to support our warehouse and data teams. You will enter data from paper records into digital systems, update spreadsheets, and ensure accuracy across multiple databases.

Fluency in English and Spanish is essential to communicate instructions and records on the floor. A High School Diploma or technical degree, plus basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office, are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Technical Degree completed.
• Knowledge of BOMs, routes, capacity, work orders, inventory control.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Create and organize spreadsheets to track important information, transferring data from hard copies into digital databases.
• Update database records and organize existing spreadsheet data.
• Check stale or deficient data for errors and correct records.
• Search and investigate information contained in files; perform regular backups.
• Operate common office equipment (scanners, printers, scales).
• Sort hard copies after data entry.
• Provide data entry support across departments, including large projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
