Job summary

Prov Inc in Sandy, Utah is hiring a part-time Customer Service Advocate (on-site) to deliver 5-star service via inbound calls and accurate documentation. Two shifts are available: 7:00 AM–1:00 PM (bilingual Spanish preferred) and 1:30 PM–7:30 PM (bilingual Spanish required).

Role requires bilingual skills, high school diploma, and strong communication. Training is provided; this is an in-person position with a focus on customer satisfaction and careful record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Strong verbal/written communication skills.
• Typing speed 30+ WPM.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, adaptable, eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls and deliver 5-star service.
• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with questions and concerns.
• Provide clear solutions and support test scheduling.
• Document all interactions in a call center database/CRM.
• Collaborate with team members and troubleshoot minor tech issues.
