Responsibilities

• Financial & Compliance Duties: verify insurance and income, collect payments, reconcile finances daily, maintain confidentiality, follow policies.
• Customer Service & Scheduling: provide courteous service in person and on the phone; ensure timely appointment scheduling and follow-ups.
• Quality & Safety Assurance: follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe clinic environment.
• Team Communication & Collaboration: maintain clinic flow, document interactions, respond to communications, attend meetings.
