Job summary

The CCS Companies is seeking a Regular Full Time Customer Service Associate at our Portsmouth office in NH. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with base pay up to $16/hour, $17/hour if bilingual, plus generous bonuses and a $1,000 welcome bonus after training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in a customer service position preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communications skills.
• Moderate typing skills required (35 wpm).
• Basic math and written communication skills.
• Ability to be receptive to feedback, willing to learn.
• Ability to maintain a predictable and consistent full-time work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a professional and customer-friendly manner with each account.
• Handles outbound and inbound calls professionally and knowledgeably, following scripts when necessary.
• Negotiates payment plans and settlements with clients’ customers.
• Identifies disputes promptly and ensures proper resolution.
• Promotes effective working relationships with team and CCS departments.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by manager/supervisor.
