Job summary

The CCS Companies are hiring for roles at our Portsmouth, NH location. This position offers a regular full-time schedule with base pay up to $16.00 per hour, higher if bilingual in Spanish, plus a generous bonus program and comprehensive benefits.

A 2-week paid training program leads to immediate success and a $1,000 welcome bonus. We provide PTO, benefits from day one, and ongoing incentives including quarterly prize payouts and referral bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a professional and customer-friendly manner with each account.
• Handles outbound and inbound calls professionally and knowledgeably, following scripts when necessary.
• Negotiates payment plans and settlements with clients’ customers.
• Identifies disputes promptly and ensures proper resolution.
• Promotes effective working relationships with team and other CCS departments.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by manager/supervisor.
