Job summary

CarShield is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its growing team in St. Peters, Missouri. You will assist existing customers with a wide range of questions and concerns while delivering accurate, professional service in a fast-paced call center.

This full-time role requires at least one year in a call center, strong verbal communication, and a customer-first mindset. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, with on-site work at the headquarters.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a call center environment.
• Excellent customer service and professional phone presence.
• Strong verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple tasks.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from existing customers.
• Assist customers with general inquiries, payments, and claims questions.
• Address concerns, retain customers, and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with Finance and Administration to resolve needs.
• Maintain a customer-first, professional, responsive service.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of CarShield products and services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
